A few months ago, Racer X's art director, David Langran (Langers) emailed VT with a question regarding an arm pump issue he was having. His problem was that he was getting severe arm pump in his first moto, and little to none in the second. VT set him up for a one-on-one with Charles Dao at Evolution Fitness out in California for a full evaluation. We decided to call Langers and see what Charles' diagnosis was and how he changed his training to eliminate the problem.
